Constance Lemere is the owner and president of Employee Benefit Exchange. Her area of expertise is consulting with business owners and Human Resource professionals to help them design unique benefit packages for their employees and business that will help the client retain and attract exceptional employees. In addition, she provides innovative solutions to a changing market within the industry.
She relocated with her family to Arizona from Michigan back in 2002. She is a graduate of Oakland University and holds a Bachelor of Science with a Concentration in Human Resources and Training and Development. Constance began her career in Corporate HR, holding various positions as HR Manager and Director of Human Resources for the PEO, marketing and insurance industries. She acquired her insurance license in 2000 and decided to focus solely in the insurance industry. She has over 17 years of experience in the insurance and healthcare arena.
Constance enjoys spending time with her family as much as possible. Some of her hobbies are social media, golf and crafting. She also volunteers for various philanthropic charities through her church family.
