Constance Lemere

Constance is the Owner and President of Employee Benefit Exchange, where she brings more than 25 years of expertise in the insurance and healthcare industries. She is a trusted advisor to business owners, Human Resource professionals, and C-Suite Executives specializing in the design of innovative, customized employee benefit packages that help organizations attract and retain exceptional talent. Constance is known for her strategic, forward-thinking approach that adapts to a constantly evolving market.

Her career began in Corporate Human Resources, where she held key leadership positions such as HR Manager and Director of Human Resources across the PEO, marketing, and insurance industries. After earning her insurance license in 2000, she transitioned fully into the insurance sector, where she found her passion for helping companies navigate the complexities of employee benefits with clarity and confidence.

Constance is a graduate of Oakland University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Human Resources and Training and Development. In 2003, she relocated from Michigan to Arizona with her family and has since become a respected leader within both her industry and local community.

She currently serves on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Broker Advisory Board and the Delta Dental Advisory Board, where she contributes insights that help shape the future of benefits and healthcare offerings in Arizona. In addition, she is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Chamber’s Women Empowerment Committee, supporting initiatives that promote leadership and growth for women in business.

Outside of her professional life, Constance enjoys spending time with her family, friends, travelling and crafting. She is also actively involved in giving back to her community, volunteering with various philanthropic organizations throughout the Valley.
